Need some better hints on how you got to where you are. Which OS? Which product? Which version? Was this the initial install or after changes? What changes??

Has been running for a while. I cloned it and setup a separate system. Have never needed to delete an extension before so I don't know if it worked before and quit working.

The extension is not showing up in iSymphony so I thought I would delete and re-enter the extension. In iSymphony it shows up at the top as an extension, but at the bottom where you link it to the User Extension, it doesn't show up.
