RECOMMENDATIONS DAHDI extensions not displaying extension number when callling out.

Piaf green with Freepbx 11.

I am having a strange problem.
I have analog extensions hooked up via rhino channel banks to the system. I can call an extension without an issue, but outbound calls from the extensions to other extensions do not display the extension number. Also outbound routing based off of the extension number doesn't work.

Any suggestions?

One thing that may be connected is that I created these extensions by importing an extension export. I am seeing that even though they are dahdi extensions, I have a lot more fields in the chan_dahdi_additional
