RECOMMENDATIONS CRM asterisk solution

Looking for a CRM solution, with asterisk, and noticed that the familiar Sugar(crm) or its successor SuiteCRM is not on the list of apps of Certified Asterisk; I posted to Developer Damock yesterday, and he echoed that a crm solution will not be part of the future for the Incredible builds, "Unfortunately SugarCRM is part of the PIAF V3 Family and has not really been designed for the latest incredible stuff. I don't believe that software has been looked at in a while. PIAF 4 will not include Sugar " Any good ideas or links? Thank You in Advance Vic

Hi, if you are still looking for a way to integrate PIAF with SugarCRM, I would recommend checking out Callinize and Tenfold. We've been using them to connect our phones with Sugar and it has made life so much easier. Setup was simple too.

Actually, rockeater, Callinize is a killer app! It pops up incoming caller CRM records, and automatically enters a ton of asterisk/piaf call related data for you into SugarCRM or SuiteCRM! Solves the problem of CRM burdening users with constant data entry consequently CRM data is out of date or non existant, by auto entering all that meticulous call related data entry and such into the CRM app for you.
