Based on this video, I understand how to setup a conference bridge (Applications / Conference) with a PIN and how to establish DID access for external participants (Connectivity / Inbound Route). But how does this function in an office with a dozen users? For example, let's say two employees (user A and user B) don't work together, but both want a bridge.
Of course, we could buy another DID and establish two bridges. Let's call them 600 and 601. But then I'd need like to have some sort of reservation process so that user B knows that she needs to grab bridge 601. Or visibility so that user B knows that bridge 600 is already in use.
Thoughts appreciated.
