I HAVE A DREAM Comments

It would be nice that at the end of every form/page an additional field called "Comments/Notes" were added that would allow administrators to put free form remarks, especially in extensions. Like

Comments/Notes: User constantly has issues as he screws around with his phone.. Swapped out phone on xx/xx/xxxx..

But in general a field like this everywhere? Could be used to create an adhoc change-log or various other uses.

Do you mean in FreePBX? If so, that'd be a FreePBX feature request that should be logged on their site.
