NO JOY Cisco SPA-3102 Status?Registered CLI?Rejected 120

Need to use a SPA-3102 as a gateway to a Vonage ATA.
SPA-3102 shows PSTN Line Registered (3 days to achieve that) however on the PBX side its not.
I think about 20hrs ago it showed as registered on both ends but now I'm not sure if I imagined that.
From the CLI:

And, yes I'm using a Reg String (this is what seemed actually get me to this point, despite not being mention as necessary in all the guides posted):

Fixed.
No it won't show registered on the PBX side however it works.
After playing around with almost every possible trunk setting, I disabled Line 1 and changed SIP to different port in the Line 1 settings and now the trunk functions.
I imagine that if you are using both Line 1 and PSTN Line (so you would have both an extension & a trunk) that you won't be faced with this problem.
