Working on setting up my Cisco 7962 with Incredible PBX 11 VM. Got the phone upgraded to SIP (9.4.2.1) via t*f*t*p. Using OSS End Point manager I created the SEP<MAC>.XML files which are being pushed to the phone as I can see it in the phone status and t*f*t*p logs.

Unfortunately the phone keeps sitting in "Registering" status. I looked through the UI and some logs but unfortunately have not been able to find anything where it shows there is an incoming connection being attempted.

Where should I look to see where this is failing? Any specific logs or debug anyone would suggest? Attached is the XML config file in case anyone sees anything blatant that's missing.

Try setting turning on NAT, on the phone. I had similar issues and that seemed to resolve it.

Thanks rjaiswal.

Do you mean change the config to the below?

<sipProfile>
<natEnabled>true</natEnabled>

<natAddress></natAddress>

Tried turning it on in the XML and can verify in the phone that it's on but no luck, still sitting on registering. This is what I see under debug:

192.168.75.1 is the network the phone is on but i also see the 192.168.1.2/24 in the first line, not sure if that could be causing something there.

Are you using vlans? It looks like you might have 2 dhcp servers running.

I got it figured out... After running astrisks in debug mode, it showed me a 401 Unauthorized error. Changed the extension password from 1234secret to something shorter and that did the trick.

Thanks for the suggestions!
