TIPS CDR Reports not functioning properly.

Hey guys,

Yet another question for the gurus out there. I've experienced an issue with my CDR reports not being able to find any of the recording entries, this is for all forms of recordings (inbound, outbound, queues)..

This is the following message I receive when I click on the ID of a particular entry:

Please post the output of status from the SSH cli.

Thanks again lgaetz, is this something that can be done with minimal to no downtime for the server?

I will search for the issue.

After the repair the following is displayed once I click on an entry:
