QUESTION Callerid Superfecta - Name Lookup

Unusual issue, and I'm not sure if I have this setup correctly.

7133539242 (a callback service number) comes in to my system. I can see Superfecta process the number without a name:

Should I insert the number via the module's debug capability, I see:

I would have expected to see both the name and the number delivered, but only the number is delivered. Is there a setting that I am missing somewhere?

System: Incredible PBX 11.11.3 for CentOS 6
Asterisk 11.17.1 FreePBX 2.11.0.34

Okay, this morning I installed an Incredible PBX on Centos 6.5 using incrediblepbx11-11.0.centos.tar.gz and still have issues. This is a professional paid tier on Open CNAM.

I can ping opencnam.com without issue. Additionally, the Asterisk Phonebook is not propagated for the inbound number. - - All numbers return the number only and not the Name --

For my Superfecta entries (2.11.16 POSSA Enabled), I am using the Default schema with Asterisk Phonebook and OpenCNAM (in that order). When I view the log for Superfecta, it runs without error, but never substitutes the actual inbound number. The CDR records only contain the inbound DID - "734255xxxx "<734255xxxx>

Outbound numbers that are called are properly looked up on Open CNAM and noted in the CDR.

Placing on the back burner - after a reboot, the Asterisk Phonebook entries are now appearing along with Open CNAM queries.
