QUESTION Caller ID not working

Hi all, looking to have some bones thrown at me.

I run PIAF at home and have remote extensions. Around one year ago I noticed I was no longer getting the CID from one extension when it called my local extension or my cell, in spite of of showing in my CDRs. It's been a while and can't correlate it to anything I might have changed.

Ideas of what I should have a look at?

Firmware upgrade of the ATA resolved this issue.
