PIONEERS Call Recording - Feedback Wanted, please!

I've spent the last week re-writing call recordings, which were just impossible to manage, as it had grown so convoluted.

This has resulted in a pile of logistical changes, and I'd like everyone's feedback on them please.

I've got a thread going at http://community.freepbx.org/t/call-recordings-feedback-wanted-please/25472 with an overview of what I've done, and I'd love people to actually think about what they EXPECT call recordings to do, so I can make it do that!

is there a method for purging recordings past a specific date?
bundling them up for backup/offloading from server?
dunno what else to ask... but likely it'll come to me in my sleep
