RECOMMENDATIONS Automated Scheduling

I've got a friend that runs a ministry where a couple times a year they do something for those in need. They say they want to automate the scheduling process and they can have 4 appointments every 15 minutes for the week long event. Anyone have a clue on any product or plugin that could assist in this?

Not sure what kind of integration you want with PIAF, but perhaps HitAppoint?

Not sure if the people in question have internet access to do the scheduling, thus the idea of PIAF. Something like "To schedule an appointment, press 1. For Monday, press 1, for tuesday press 2. Enter the time you would like" - then it could look up if that time is avail. Even do a call to verify appointment. Just seems like a lot of work to program and was hoping that someone has already made it. I'm going to run HitAppoint by him though.
