I have set up Anveo Direct as primary trunk for outgoing calls, with VOIP.MS as second. In looking at the call logs from both, it appears that about 25% of the calls are ending up on VOIP.MS. The Anveo log shows the call, but the call start and end times are identical, with a route ID, but no status.
Anyone have any idea why this is happening?
