TIPS About ringing multiple phone

Hello, I want to ring one phone (ext 102) first. If no one picks up the phone after 10 seconds, another two phones (ext 103, 104) will also ring.
I tried to use Ring Group but failed. What should I do? TIA.

Ring Groups Mode Memory-Hunt or hunt to not ring 102 anymore, I don't do two at once unless memory-hunt. it would go:

102 first for 10 seconds -- then 102, 103 for 10 seconds -- then 102, 103, 104
