Just installed a latest "GREEN" then incredible11 with incrediblefax.
set my trunk and ext. called in OK. but when I call out it takes 40 sec to actual place the call.
it seems stuck waiting for something.

The log show: ZZZZZZZZZZ replaced to protect the innocent.....

macro-dialout-trunk-predial-hook can be found in Other - Config Edit - extensions_custom.conf. It sounds to me that you may need to modify the outbound callerid lookup. If you read the script, you can adjust it accordingly. May be a time-out issue with one of the providers.

Also, what happens when you press the # after entering a telephone number?

the # did not do anything to make it better but....
commented out all entries in extensions_custom.conf under macro-dialout-trunk-predial-hook. All good now.
This should be in a setting on the GUI and not hardcoded.......
