I know this thread is old but during Walmart Cyber Week deals I managed to pickup qty 2 Walmart's $9.99 Straight Talk Moto E Deal Is Back @$9.99 each.

They finally showed up yesterday. You can set them up without activating on Straight Talk. I just finished setting up the first one with CSipSimple.
