BTW, Vitelity hosts PBX-in-a-Flash for $19.95 a month for a basic server.

I have purchased this. How do you manage the handsets (directory, speed dials, etc.) Vitelity tells me I have to setup the 20 handsets manually or use a local t*f*t*p server, which sorta defeats the purpose of having a centralized PBX.
