TIPS Cant receive calls on my new asterisk 11 pbx

This is the error message I get. 207.166.136.154 is vitality IP that I allowed still not working.

Did you put that IP address in the trunk configuration in FreePBX?

I put in the exact info vitality gave me. I can call out, but not in.

Address: 66.241.99.27

That's a different IP than what the FQDN resolves to. Was 28 the server that Vitelity listed in the portal that your account was configured to use?
