I'm interested to know what providers support TCP/TLS. The latter is more important than ever, in my opinion.
See this video from Kamailio World:
I'll update this list as I contact more provider and find out their status:
Onsip: TCP and TLS are being tested but not deployed, hopeful for Q3 2014
Flowroute: TCP support is functioning and TLS under testing, no time table.
Vitelity: Only UDP
Didlogic: TLS available on: Sweden, France, Australia, NYC, LAX
VOIP.ms: All except five servers support TCP, no plans on TLS right now. The servers that don't support TCP: Atlanta1, Tampa, Houston, London and Dallas.
Plivo: TCP with TLS in the pipeline
Localphone: TCP testing not planed, TLS testing may start "shortly"
Sip.us: Very close to supporting both TLS and TCP.
IPComms: TCP can be enabled per account.
ippi.fr: Supports UDP, TCP and TLS. TLS on port 5061.
Anveo TCP on starter package: http://www.anveo.com/consumer/service.asp NO TLS
Comfytel: TCP support
les.net: UDP only
SipGlobalPhone: Checking back in summer since it should be released then
2600hz: unknown
