TIPS Polycom Auto Answer Feature?

I have a fleet of polycom IP331 phones i am trying to make Auto-Answer immediately when a call comes in. The user has on a headset and we just want the call to automatically connect on INBOUND calls. I thought for sure i had seen that option in the ext.config file, but i'm not seeing it. Does anyone know how to make this feature work, or a script i can put in there??
As usual, I have already promised we have that feature, cause with PIAF we can always say that then go check and its there, but this time i'm getting a little nervous. But i know its possible!

Phones are running B.R. 4.3.1 and and sip version 3.2.7., if that helps.

Thanks Guys.
So far I tried lgaetz option. Everything works like discribed until i call in on the DID, then it just rings like normal. I changed the extension setting for Internal Auto Answer on also thinking maybe it would help, but no dice.
I will attempt Wards link and see what I can screw up. (Thank god for backups!) Anhow, ill update you later on this one.

Update.....
I had to disable Call Follow Me for that extension, then lgaetz's plan worked!
I still am going to try the Wards link out of coursity.. I'll let you know.
