QUESTION IVR Option Statistics

I'm currently running an IVR and I would like to generate some statistics on what options are being chosen, by which number. I can't seem to figure this out. The reports just never seem to give me what I'm looking for.

Current System Information
Incredible PBX 3.11.12 for Raspberry Pi B+
Ast 11.11.0 FreePBX 2.11.0.34
