QUESTION Asternic CDR Reports > Outgoing Calls > Missed

Recently, I've been playing with Asternic CDR Reports in the FreePBX. In the report, under the Outgoing tab, it lists missed calls for extensions. How is it even possible to miss an outgoing call?

TriStarGod good question, it means not answered, though if you are a sales person, a not answered outgoing call is a missed sale.

to asterisk that counts as an answered call, it cant tell the difference between a call being answered by a person, voicemail or ivr, it will consider the call connected, and Asternic sadly treats that as answered.

I see. Thanks for the info. Wish they rename it or at least provide some sort of help feature to understand these ubiquitous names.
