Hi,

I have a virtual extension setup, that in the IVR is set to go to when the user presses option 3. When a user presses option 3, they get the system standard greeting. Is there a way to use an MP3 or WAV file for that greeting, and if so, how do I get it setup there? I can do greetings for IVR's, etc no problem, just can't find where or how to use a WAV/MP3 for a virtual extension greeting.

Thanks!

Couldn't you call the virtual extension and press * during the greeting and simply record the unavailable message after logging into the voicemail?
