I HAVE A DREAM Creating an installable ISO from VB VM?

I'm testing the latest on virtualbox and what I'd like to be able to do is configure a lot of the stuff on the VM and then burn an ISO and take it to where I need to install it on bare metal.

Is there a way to do this easily or bite the bullet and start from scratch?
