BUG RasPi2 PortKnock knockdSegmentation fault

I've decided to use port knock to remotely register to one of my extensions and i get the following error when starting port knock "[....] Starting Port-knock daemon: knockdSegmentation fault
[failed." any help please

Did you find out the solution to the Port-knock daemon: knockdSegmentation fault [failed. ?
I am having the same problem. Google search has not been of much enlightenment.

I'm using Incredible PBX 11-12.1 for raspberry Pi 2

Never mind ! ! ! I jumped the gun asking for a solution.
Anyhow........ anyone else that comes across this post, the solution that worked for me was:

apt-get remove knockd
then
apt-get install knockd
