TIPS sendrpid Cisco 7960, display called person name when calling

I am wanting to get my phones to display the name of the party I'm calling and not just the extension. I have tried setting sendrpid|trustrpid to 'yes' on the 'Advanced Settings' as well as individual extensions. I tried RPID and PAI, neither seem to work.

SHMZ release 6.5 (Final)

I've searched all over the web and this forum and the closest hit was the thread I linked, sorry if I missed the answer somewhere and thanks in advance
