ALERT GPL Module Updates

The first GPL Module Updates for Incredible PBX GUI are now available. Taking a cue from Microsoft, we plan to do this about once a month after testing the new updates as they are released.

10-Step Module Update Procedure to Bring Incredible PBX GUI Current

1. Log in to Incredible PBX GUI as admin
2. Admin -> Module Admin
3. Enable all four repos: Standard Extended Basic Unsupported
4. Check Online -> Upgrade All -> Process
5. Log out of Incredible PBX GUI (no need to remove nasty messages)
6. Log in to Linux CLI as root
7. gui-fix
8. Log out of Linux CLI
9. Log back in to Incredible PBX GUI as admin
10. All should be well in System Status with Signature Checking Disabled

Please report any problems.

Hello Ward Uno, The updates ran fine and my PBX still works great, however I'm unable to run gui-fix on my IncredibleGUI RasPi2 installed on June 18th and my Kennonsoft is no longer accessible:

root@incrediblepbx:~ $ asterisk -rx 'gui-fix'
No such command 'gui-fix' (type 'core show help gui-fix' for other possible commands)

While on the Modules topic, why is "FreePBX ARI Framework" disabled by default in this installation?
Any hazard in enabling it?

It's gui-fix from the Linux command prompt NOT asterisk -rx 'gui-fix'.

ARI has been a security nightmare for years. I'd leave it disabled if I were you.

Aha! I was over-thinking it with ./gui-fix when in fact it's already in the path.
But still no Kennonsoft so I had to re-install it. Perhaps gui-fix should be taking care of this?
I suppose ARI should be gone by the time we're on Asterisk 13 LTR.
