Looking for an explanation of service dahdi status results

I have a R4T1 card installed and configured. THese are the results when I type in service dahdi status.
Does that mean everything is good to go? There is no T1 line currently connected.
All are showing:
PRI Clear (In use) (EC: HWEC - INACTIVE) RED
