I am new to pbxin flash. I have analog phone (PSTN) connection in home. Which hardware need to connect my phone to pbx in flash server? How do i make call using pstn from Soft phone (yeate client)?

You'll need an FXO adapter. There are several on the market. Spend some money on it - the cheap ones don't work very well and end up wasting a lot of your time.

I'd recommend an Obi 110. I have a few of them in use with zero issues.

I use them all the time and I've had 0 problems with them (once I figured out the magic that is DAHDI).

What is eco cancellation? is there any benefit eco cancellation?

It's echo cancellation ("EC") and is exactly what it sounds like - it removes/reduces echo and audio artifacts introduced by the analog to digital conversion.

On some lines it is crucial. While PIAF performs software EC it is not always entirely effective. I once used a card without hardware EC - basically I would answer the phone and tell people I would call them back on my cell (the connection was that bad).

With EC, the connection is as clear as on a standard analog phone (and better than cell <g>).

Connect the analog phone to obi's FXS port.

I have an OBI 110 that has my home cordless phones connected to the OBI's FXS port (as gpuser stated). It connects to asterisk via sip/rtp. I use sip to connect to Vitelity, which has my home phone number for inbound calls, and a google voice (yeah, I know) connection for outbound.

I believe the OP wants to connect analog phone lines to the PBX, not analog phones. It is possible to do this with an Obi 110, but it is not a standard configuration, and requires some manual setup. See http://wiki.freepbx.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=4161594
