QUESTION No ringback when dialing extension from IVR

The weirdest thing. Using PIAF Purple. New installation. Aastra phones. When calling the system from the outside (PRI using dual digium card) there is no ringback when reaching a ring group or an extension via an IVR.
For ring groups I had to change it to Music on hold: Default in order to stop people from hanging up thinking that their call got dropped.
If an extension is the destination of an option of course, no luck.

Any ideas where to start troubleshooting?

Can you post some call logs? asterisk -vvvr is your friend here.
