SOLVED update10 on IncrediblePBX 4.11.4

I am running IncrediblePBX 4.11.4 on a Raspberry Pi and whenever I log on as root it runs a script to automatically update the server. It reports that updates 1 through 9 are installed. A few days ago it started looking for update 10, reported it was not installed, and then reported an error that the file was not found when it tried to install it. Is that anything I should be concerned about. The PBX seems to be working fine.

I have the same issue -- I downloaded the file (update-raspbx10.tar.gz) a browser and it is completely empty (i.e., it is a zero byte file).
