Greetings,

I am going to be using Incredible PBX on Ubuntu and wanted to know the best way to connect users from outside of my network?

Some will be using thier own SIP phones, some will be using their Cell phones.

I remember briefly looking into Traveling Man, but I think this has been changed with IncrediblePBX so if you can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

Is your PBX cloud hosted?

Travelin' Man 3 and 4 are both preloaded. For users that change IP addresses all the time, either use TM4 or Port Knocker.

Ward's exactly right.

But, I also wanted to mention that you might need to purchase a dynamic DNS service (like DynDns.org) for your various devices (assuming they will be changing IPs regularly). One great thing that DynDns has recently implemented is using a unique password for each device that connects to update it's IP. This is important because should one of your remote devices get compromised, the hackers cannot redirect your entire DNS account (this would cause me great havok)!
