TIPS rebuilding PIAF on new hardware

Hello, we are currently running PIAF

kernel version 2.6.32-279.19.1.el6.x86_64 (SMP) x86_64

distro

CentOS release 6.3 (Final)

i read pros and cons on incredible backup/restore. we have a lot of phones and i want an easy migration. i plan to build the new PIAF on new hardware with the latest build. what is the best way to restore all of our extensions, IVRs, hold music, etc?

I wouldn't be able to sleep at night with a back/restore to new; I would be constantly worrying about some code mismatch! The only thing I use from Backup is users Voice Mails
I take screen-shots of all the relevant FreePBX pages, save all the Greetings locally, Bulk export Extensions & DIDs.
