I've tried using End Point Manager but it just kiboshes my existing configurations that I've manually created. How does one install the manually configured files into End Point Manager so that the GUI can be used for future changes?

Secondly, it looks like you can cut and paste the phone config files into End Point Manager but that gets away from the idea that you use a front end to create your phone options that then download the appropriate xml files to the phone.

I'm looking for a GUI that gives me the capabilities of configuring all of the various features of the Polycom phones which is quite extensive.

If you look at the files in the epm gui note that they are actually templates with variables that it fills in when it generates the actual config files
