What do you suggest upgrading and how should I go about it?

Really any upgrade from your platform is going to be a wipe/re-install unless you just want a newer Asterisk or FreePBX version. Is there anything you particularly *need* that's in an upgrade though? There's really nothing wrong with your versions.

Cool, thanks for your reply. Nope, all is good, just checking if there's anything that I should upgrade. I recently upgraded GV as I was on an ancient version. There is one issue I have since I upgraded to FreePBX 12. My outbound calls with one of my providers (Babytel) no longer work, but the inbound are just fine. I see under "Chan_Sip Registry" my trunk shows as REGISTERED but under "Chan_Sip Peers" it shows as UNKNOWN.

Any idea?
