I have a couple Polycom 335 phones installed which I'm having trouble with the digit maps on using the OS EPM.
The system I have has both 3 and 4 digit extensions in a couple different offices. The problem is I can't get the polycom to do a timeout on the 3 digits so it accomodates the 4 digits.
The other problem is that the transfers don't work. If you press transfer on the soft button that appears it starts an attended transfer but does not light up a transfer softbutton to complete the transfer. End users can press # which works fine but they want to press transfer again like they do on the Aastra's.
[2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|[0-1][2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[1-9]xxxT|[2-9]xxT|xxT
is the digit map I have and 3|3|3|3|3|3|3 is the timeout value set in EPM.
This is on an Older PIAF 2.0.6.3 I believe with Asterisk 1.8 and FPBX 2.8.
The EPM version is 2.10.3.7, with just the default settings.
Thoughts?
