SOLVED No "Fax" Misc Destination PIAF G/Incredible PBX/Incredible Fax

I am sure I missed a step here, but I can't seem to find out where. I took a clean PAIF Green Install from rentpbx. Followed the instructions to setup Incredible PBX 11 First, then Incredible Fax. Outbound faxing works, but when I setup my inbound route for the dedicated vitelity did, I thought I was supposed to point it to a pre-configured misc destination labeled "fax"... but alas no destination. Sorry in advance if I overlooked something obvious but I've been backtracking all night and can't find my error....

Lucky you. In some builds, the fax misc destination is MIA. Instead use Custom Destination -> Fax (Hylafax). Does the same thing.
